The Home
Daisydoro is a spacious two-story home built for groups — 5 bedrooms and 10 beds sleeping up to 14 guests, with two living areas, a full kitchen, and a dedicated workspace.
- Games: pool table, foosball table, a Nintendo Switch 2, and board games
- Private backyard with a hot tub (a cozy one, comfortable for about four), BBQ, and outdoor dining
- Central A/C and heating throughout
- Dedicated workspace in the master bedroom: adjustable sit/stand desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer

- Family-friendly: crib, pack 'n play, baby bath, and kids' books, toys, and dinnerware
House Rules
- No parties or events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with an HOA.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Max 14 guests — the number on your reservation is what we expect in the home.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. The home has monitoring that detects indoor smoke/vapor; any smoking detected inside carries an additional cleaning fee.
- No pets at this time (service animals accommodated as required by law).
- Hot tub: it's a small tub (comfortable for about four), so bigger groups take turns. Shower before use, no glass nearby, supervise children at all times (no unsupervised use by minors), replace the cover when done. Use at your own risk.
- Quiet hours are monitored by decibel level only (never audio) to respect city and HOA limits — normal family noise is completely fine.
- Please park in the garage/driveway and don't block neighbors.
- Security cameras cover the full exterior perimeter of the house for security only — there are no cameras inside the home.
- Treat the home with care and let us know right away about any spills or damage.
While You're Here
Parking
Use the 3-car garage and driveway (about 6 vehicles fit on the property), plus free street parking with lots of spaces right next to the house.
Heating & Cooling
There are two thermostats — one downstairs in the dining room by the hallway, and one upstairs in the game room at the top of the stairs. Set the temperature however you like; just avoid running the A/C with exterior doors open.
Smart Toilets
The bathrooms have tankless smart toilets with a bidet. A couple of things so they don't surprise you: they do a small automatic pre-rinse of the bowl, and they flush automatically a few seconds after you stand up (you can also flush with the button on the control panel). Please flush only toilet paper — no wipes or hygiene products. If one is ever slow, gentle soft plunges are fine, but no aggressive plunging and never a chemical cleaner. If a soft plunge doesn't clear it, just message us and we'll send a plumber.
Back Patio Shades
The shades over the back sliding door are automatic, with the controller on the wall to the right of the door. It sleeps to save power, so press any button once to wake it, wait about a second, then press the sun button to open the shades or the moon button to close them.
Trash
Good news — you don't need to handle the trash or bins. We take care of roll-out and pickup for you.
Wi-Fi & Check-In Details
Your Wi-Fi login and door code are sent privately through Airbnb before your stay, and a printed copy is waiting for you inside the home.
